Plan Crosswalk: know who to call first this AEP
Every AEP starts with the same question. What's happening to this member's plan, and who needs a call first?

What Plan Crosswalk shows you
It runs every policy in your book against 2027 plan data, covering every county in the US. Out comes a list of every member affected, sorted by what changed:
- Plan ending or leaving their county
- Premium going up
- Out-of-pocket max going up
- Benefits lost: dental, vision, OTC, fitness, meals, transportation
- Star rating dropping
When a plan is gone, it finds the closest match in the member's county and spells out the differences on premium, MOOP, and benefits.
Every member gets a tag:
- Red: plan ending or leaving the county. They need a new plan.
- Yellow: costs or benefits changing. They need a walkthrough.
- Green: nothing material changing. They get a check-in.
Turn the list into booked appointments
Your members should hear about their 2027 plan from the agency that already takes care of them.
Drop the list into the AEP Renewals 2027 campaign and AI employees call every member about their own plan. Each call is written for that member's plan and county. Anyone who wants an agent gets transferred live or booked on the spot. Texts back up every call, so members have the changes in writing.
