Another busy week at careCycle. We launched our docs site, added some requested automation features, and we're hitting the road for Medicarians. Here's everything that we shipped this week.

New Docs Site

Our brand new documentation site is now live at docs.carecycle.ai- API references, guides, and everything you need to build on top of careCycle, all in one place.

We’ve also added a community roadmap where you can request new features, upvote and comment on others, and see a full view of what we have planned next. We would love to hear your thoughts on what we should build! Check it out here

Policies Page

You can now view all of your policies in one place, filter by type or status, see which contacts are assigned at a glance, and click into any policy for the full details.

Some other stuff:

  • Sidebar Redesign - CRM related items are now grouped together in a collapsible section, making the navigation easier to scan at a glance.
  • Carrier-Based Assignment Automations - You can now route contacts to specific agents based on their policy carrier. For example: when carrier = Humana, auto-assign to a particular user.
  • Live Call Improvements - Call forms now auto-save as you type, and the transcription sidebar scrolls automatically as new transcript lines come in.
