We just got back from three days in Vegas at Medicarians 2026, and it was definitely one for the books.

This was our best conference yet, not because of the strip or the fancy dinners, but because of the conversations we had with you all. We talked to agents, agencies, and FMOs back-to-back for three straight days, and the feedback was honest, specific, and exactly what we needed to hear.

It was truly humbling to hear, face to face, just how much the product we’ve spent thousands of hours developing for agents is resonating. A few themes kept coming up. Agents are drowning in manual follow-up. Agencies scale but lose the personal touch along the way. Agents need leverage to keep growing, and AI implemented properly will transform the economics of distribution for good.

If we met you at the conference, you know that our team ships at breakneck speed. If you heard us say something like "we're working on that." or “that is on our roadmap”, we meant it. We have some very excited announcements upcoming; improvements not only to your AI teams, but also tools that will change the game for agents.
