A lighter week on the feature side with half the team at BenefitsPRO Broker Expo, but one meaningful addition to task automations and a couple of improvements worth calling out.
Looping Task Automations
When a tagged task is completed or cancelled, you can now automatically create the next task for a teammate to pick up, with policy status as the gate. The assigned user gets a notification, works the task, and on completion the next one fires. The loop continues on the cadence you set until the policy reaches the status you're waiting on, then stops on its own. Built for human follow-up workflows where you're chasing a customer through a multi-step process and don't want to manually queue the next touch.
Platform Reliability
We've added Telephony to our status page so the health of the call system is visible in real time alongside the rest of the platform. We've also expanded monitoring and alerting around the permissions layer and other infrastructure to catch and recover from potential issues faster.
These systems are critical to how you run your business. We take that seriously and are continuing to invest in the reliability work that backs it up.
Quality of Life Fixes
A handful of small wins shipped quietly over the last few weeks. Faster load times across calls, customers, and other pages, plus various UI/UX polish and bug fixes throughout the app.
Refreshed Campaigns
We're always heads-down in recent calls; clocking edge cases the assistants fumbled, spots where responses could land tighter, and small moments worth polishing for the person on the other end of the line. Every few weeks that listening turns into a shipped batch of updates across the campaign templates, and the latest round just went out.
Hearing from you makes this loop sharper! If something in a call didn't sit right, open it from the Calls page and scroll down in the detail drawer to the Feedback section - a lot of these updates get their start there.
Coming soon
Bigger things landing over the next couple weeks. More when they ship.
