Lots shipped this week across calls, customers, campaigns, and the assistant. Less marquee than last week, more quality of life. Here's what shipped.

AI → Human Transfers just got smoother

The softphone got a lot of attention this week. Warm transfers are cleaner, routing controls give you more say over where calls go, outbound dialing is tighter, and mid-call notes no longer break your flow. Plus we smoothed out a bunch of small UI friction you probably felt but never reported.

Inbound calls can now route straight to a human when that's the right move, and receptionist transfers got a lot more flexible about where a caller lands.

More control over customers, policies, and your inbox

You can see and edit more across customer and policy details now, without bouncing between screens to piece things together.

You can now attach files directly to a customer or a policy.

The inbox and customer detail views are more consistent with each other, and contact history is easier to follow so you always know where a conversation left off. Both update in real time when an SMS comes in.

Smarter campaigns and assistant setup

Campaigns can now trigger on Date of Birth. Appointment booking got more configurable, and a single campaign can book into multiple appointment event types instead of just one.

We also fixed an issue where customers were getting delayed calls after a pre-call SMS.

Revamped Guides

We also revamped a lot of our guides in the documentation site this week, with more walkthrough and demo videos throughout. You'll notice the AI Assistant in the docs is a little more helpful at answering questions.
