We spent this week on both ends of the sales cycle. Appointments got some major quality of life improvements, and there's finally a real home for everything that happens after the policy is written. Here’s everything we shipped this week.

Retaining your book starts with visibility of your book. We're on a mission to make policy tracking simple, and beautiful. With the new Post-Sale dashboard, you can get instant insight in your book of business by policy status, get a birds-eye view of policies with pending tasks or carrier requirements, and gain the clarity you need to take action. At-risk buckets highlight any policies in the "Future Cancel" policy status, allowing you to identify and recover rapid disenrollments.

Appointments are showing up everywhere they should. You can now book one manually from a customer page or straight out of the inbox, reassign them when an agent's schedule shifts, and see every appointment event in the inbox alongside calls and messages. Agents get a clean view of what's on their plate from the agent dashboard. We now send appointment notifications x minutes before a appointment, configurable from the users account notifications settings page. And for meeting types that support it, agents can kick off a manual call instead of waiting on the system to dial and then transfer the call to them.

Campaign Template Library

Campaign templates got a full revamp. You can now preview a template before you launch it, and most come with automations built in. Less time wiring up the same campaign for the tenth time, more time running it.

Knowing exactly where a customer sits in a contact sequence used to take some clicking around. Now you can see which customers are in which phase, right from the contact view.

  • Cleaner separation between leads and active clients on the customers page
  • Auto-answer for softphone calls, for faster transfers
