We've been calling careCycle "Calendly over voice" for weeks now. This week we made it true - without the need for sending any meeting links. Your assistants are able to have those conversations and book available times.
Connect your Calendar

You can now connect your Google or Outlook calendar directly inside careCycle. Once connected, every appointment booked by the assistant syncs to your calendar in real time, and the assistant pulls your live availability right before suggesting a time. No more surprise meetings or double bookings.
New Appointments Page

We rebuilt the appointments page from the ground up. Month, Week, and List views, filters for narrowing down what you're looking at, and one-click reschedule, cancel, or update. Click into any appointment to see the full audit log: when it was booked, who changed it, what was sent to the customer, and every status change in between.
Appointment Workflows

You can now schedule actions to fire around an appointment date: pre-appointment confirmations, day-of reminders, post-appointment follow-up texts. Configure the timing once at the campaign level and the cadence runs on its own from there.
Customer-Facing Appointment Page

Every appointment now comes with a customer-facing page where members can confirm, reschedule, or cancel on their own. The link goes out automatically with the appointment confirmation.
New Feedback Page

We added a Feedback page under Account Settings for sending notes directly to our team about anything across the platform. The faster we hear what's working and what isn't, the faster fixes ship.
Sharper Call Feedback

We revamped the call feedback flow to communicate issues more clearly, with new flags for compliance issues so they get routed and prioritized correctly. If something in a call didn't sit right, open it from the Calls page and scroll down in the detail drawer to the Feedback section. A lot of our campaign refresh work starts there.
