Big week for visibility. You can now watch your team dial in real time, see images sent in the inbox, and track exactly why policies fall through. Let's get into it.
Dialer Wallboard
Get a live view of your entire dialer operation. The new Wallboard shows real-time agent status across all campaigns: who's on a call, who's available, who's wrapping up, plus current call duration, campaign, and phone number for every agent.
There's also a Productivity tab for the bigger picture: logged-in time, active call time, efficiency, and dispositions per agent, filterable by date range, agent, campaign, and disposition.
MMS in Inbox
Members can now send you pictures. MMS images show up right in your inbox conversations, so when someone texts over a photo of their insurance card or a document, you'll actually see it.
Customizable Opt Out Language
You can now customize the opt out sentence appended to your outbound texts. The default stays "Reply STOP to opt-out," but if you want it in your own words, it's yours to change. You'll find it in your 10DLC & RCS registration settings, complete with a live preview.
Policy Status Reasons


When a policy is marked Cancelled or Not Approved, agents are now prompted to record why. Pick from a structured list of reasons, from eligibility issues to buyer's remorse, and add notes for extra context. The reason shows up right on the policy in the customer details page.
For policies that get cancelled or declined through a sync, we automatically create a task for that customer's agent to add the reason, so nothing slips through untagged.
