You can now ask careCycle questions about your own data in natural language and get real answers back, with nice charts to look at. We also made improvements to the inbox, call forms, and phone number management. Here's what landed.

Just ask careCycle

ask carecycle

Meet Ask careCycle, a new way to get answers out of your data without building a manual report. Ask it what you want to know in plain language and it pulls the numbers for you, from call volume to policy status to agent productivity. It's the fastest path from a question in your head to the answer on your screen.

Phone number management

Phone Number Rotation

Outbound calls can now rotate across a pool of numbers instead of hammering one. Spreading calls out keeps your numbers healthy and your answer rates up, so more of your dials actually connect. You can turn on phone number rotation to automatically procure new numbers from certain states, or you can manually search and add numbers from your preferred area code.

The inbox picks up a few things

Two updates for the people living in the inbox:

  • Notes tab. See every note on a customer, all in one place. No scrolling to hunt one down. Sits beside the tasks and details tabs where you'd expect it.
  • Send images. You can now send images out from the inbox, not just receive them. Handy for sending a form, a screenshot, or anything a member needs to see.

Tasks and inquiries on the call form

The call form page now lets you add tasks and inquiries as tabs. Pull the context an agent needs onto the same screen they're already working from, so nobody's tabbing away mid-call to check what's outstanding.

Some other things

  • New dnc.unsubscribed webhook event fires when a contact opts out, so your other systems can keep their suppression lists in sync automatically.
  • New “Jump to heading” block on the call form builder - this allows you to click on this link while on a call to auto scroll to another part of the call form
