Big one this week: we rebuilt the import tool from the ground up. What used to be a simple CSV uploader is now a full AI-assisted workspace for moving and shaping your data - and it's the foundation for something much bigger. On top of that, a batch of inbox, SMS, and docs improvements. Here's everything that shipped this week.
The Import Tool, Rebuilt
Uploading your book of business just leveled up. The new import tool is an AI-assisted workspace built around a conversation: drop in any CSV, and the import assistant chats with you through the whole process - mapping your columns, cleaning and standardizing messy data, and helping you repair rows that need attention before anything touches your CRM.
Imports now run with live progress reporting, detailed error artifacts, and per-import notifications, so you always know exactly where things stand.
This is only the beginning. The import tool is becoming a powerful data manipulation engine for careCycle, and over the coming months we'll be merging it with ‘Ask careCycle’ and our upcoming agentic campaign tools into a single, chat-style interface for orchestrating your entire business. Inbox Activity Feed
Ever wondered why a customer landed in Priority, or who moved a conversation? The inbox thread now surfaces state-change activity - assignment changes (including whether a person or an automation made the move) and the reason a customer is sitting in Priority, so you're never left guessing.
SMS Character Counter
The compose box now shows a live character count, so you can see exactly how long your message is, and where it'll split into multiple segments, before you hit send.

Some other stuff:
- Campaign Archive & Cancel Cleanup - Archiving or cancelling a campaign now clears out its pending members, so people stuck in an old campaign no longer block enrollment into new ones.
- Task Automations Fix - Fixed an error that could appear when saving task automations.
- Voice AI Reliability - Upgraded the conversational model behind our voice assistant and resolved an issue where the assistant could go silent after the greeting.
