This week we shipped a real tagging system for customers, gave agents a call script that follows them around the app, and added custom fields to policies. Plus a round of upgrades to the policies page and a stack of fixes under the hood. Here's everything that shipped this week.
Customer Tags
Tags are finally a first-class citizen in careCycle. Tag customers straight from a CSV import or one at a time, then filter your customers table by tag and take bulk action on everyone carrying it. Perfect for segmenting your book, lead sources, downline agents, "call in Q4", whatever your agency runs on.
Call Script Picture in Picture
- Pop out your script - Pop your call script out of the call form so it stays with you while you navigate careCycle. Look up a customer, check the inbox, or dig into another policy mid-call without losing your script.
- Never lose your place - Leave the call form and come back, and your script picks up right where you left off instead of jumping back to the top.
- Collapsible headings - Expand only the section of the script you need. Long scripts are no longer a wall of scrolling.
Custom Policy Fields
Add your own custom fields to policies - track the data points your agency runs on that don't fit the standard policy schema. More on the way: custom policy fields in automations, imports/exports, filters, and call-form variables are coming soon.
Policies Page Upgrades
- Export - Export your policies to CSV right from the page, with client name, mailing address, carrier, policy number, and effective date.
- Enrollment Date column - Enrollment date is now a visible, sortable column in the policies table.
- Draft Date - The policies sidebar now shows each policy's draft date.
- Payment details - Payment fields now live in their own dedicated section of the policy drawer, so billing info is never buried.
- Policy # clarity - The Policy # column now shows the issuer-assigned policy ID, matching what your carriers send you.
Some other stuff:
- Smarter task automations - Task automations can now trigger relative to policy dates: verification follow-ups that escalate as the effective date approaches, a payment-status check the day before effectuation, and issued-not-paid outreach the moment a policy slips.
- Agent-first campaigns work out of the box - Newly created Outbound Agent-First campaigns now come with a sensible default flow (start → call → exit), so you're dialing in seconds instead of building from a blank Pulse canvas.
- Quick campaigns polish - A batch of UI refinements across the campaigns experience.
- Call summaries are back - Resolved an issue where call summaries had stopped generating; they're flowing again.
- Campaign archive & cancel fix - Archiving or cancelling a campaign with automation members no longer throws an error.
- Inquiry callback accuracy - Fixed a false "failed" status on inquiry callbacks that had already successfully left a voicemail.
- 2FA login fix - Fixed a login error that could occur when checking "trust this device" with two-factor authentication enabled.
