AEP is almost here, and this week's headline is built for it. Plan crosswalks run your entire book against next year's plans and hand you a list of every member whose plan is changing or going away, ready to act on. Let's get into it.
Plan crosswalks: know what's happening to every plan in your book

Every AEP starts with the same question. What's happening to this member's plan, and where should they go next? Plan crosswalks answer it for your whole book at once.
Point it at your book and it analyzes every policy against next year's plan data, which now covers every county in the US. Out the other side comes a list of every member affected, bucketed by what changed: the plan is leaving their area, premiums are going up, the out of pocket max moved, key benefits shifted. When a plan is gone entirely, we identify the next best match in their county and spell out the differences on premium, MOOP, and benefits.
You don't have to stop at the spreadsheet. Take that list and drop it straight into a careCycle campaign. Text members a summary of exactly what's changing on their plan. Have our assistant call each one with a message written for them, specific to their plan and their county, and transfer anyone who wants to talk to an agent during business hours or book them an appointment on the spot. Your book gets worked before the first day of AEP, and your agents walk into every conversation already knowing the story.

A homepage that feels like mission control

The all new homepage makes careCycle feel like your agency OS from the moment you log in.
- A configurable dashboard where you add, arrange, and tune widgets pulling metrics from any corner of the platform. Built for admins of any job function.
- A widget library organized by section, with visual previews and help text showing what each widget can filter and configure.
- Ask careCycle is built right in. The prompt bar at the bottom of the widget library turns a plain English question into a custom metric with a generated visualization.
- Sensible defaults out of the box: active campaigns, ongoing calls, policies by status, policies by type, active tasks. Never a blank slate.
- Your layout is saved per user, and admins can push a layout to every admin in the agency to standardize the view.
- Everything is clickable. A quick jump bar for campaigns, customers, and calls, with active policies, at risk policies, and today's call volume always in view.

A suppression list that sticks

When a rep disqualifies a caller, that should be the end of it. Now it is.
- A new Suppress disposition. Mark a call suppressed with a reason, and that number is blocked from future calls and lead pings to your agency.
- Choose which dispositions auto suppress and for how long. A disqualifying outcome keeps a caller off your lines for a set window, and the suppression lifts on its own when the window ends.
- Suppressed callers are automatically marked Do Not Call and do not SMS, so a number can't slip back in through another channel.
- Bring your existing lists with you. Drag and drop a CSV, even a large one, and it imports safely in the background. Manage everything from a dedicated settings page.
Some other things
- Pulse routing. Customer tags now work as routing conditions inside Pulse, so the tags you already maintain decide who gets the customer.
- Smarter assistants. The call script import assistant skips creating custom fields for sensitive data, and Spanish language assistants keep their reasoning out of the response during tool calls.
- Fixes and polish. Inbound SMS lands in the priority bucket, Pulse retries handle long parked events, resuming a held call is more resilient, DNC detection is more accurate, appointment configurations can be human initiated only while keeping organization wide routing, and holiday adjusted hours save correctly.
