Reporting takes center stage this week. We overhauled the placement and policy dashboards with new buckets, a new leaderboard, and unified filters. We also shipped smarter Pulse routing and a faster plan-data pipeline. Here's the full rundown.
Faster and more comprehensive answers about plan data
- We now have plan data for every single county in the US, across all Medicare Advantage and PDP plan types. Wherever your members live, the AI knows their plans.
- Benefit answers in 2 seconds, down from 6.5. We rebuilt the plan data lookup behind the assistant, cutting the time it takes to tell a member about their plan benefits by nearly 70%.

Placement dashboards, rebuilt

The placement dashboards now reflect what's actually happening:
- Pending-effectuation policies no longer count as Approved. Tooltip definitions now match the corrected buckets so every number means what it says.
- The Canceled bucket now includes only suspended and canceled policies. Nothing else slips in.
- The placement-rate leaderboard by assignee is now available outside the executive view, so reps and team leads see the same picture leadership does.
- Filters carry over consistently across every dashboard section. Set a filter once and it follows you.
- The carrier filter is now a multi-select with subsidiary grouping, and policy subtypes appear under the policy-type multi-select.
- You can now filter by assigned policy admin. We also simplified the View filter to Full Agency and renamed "Period" to "Date range" to match the rest of the platform.
- Deleted sources no longer linger in the wallboard or source performance. Remove a source and it disappears from reporting too.
- The compare-carriers view now shows how many carriers you're comparing, and the inquiries table got a clarity pass.
Smarter routing and assignment
- Pulse routing nodes now support custom fields, so you can route on the data that matters to your agency, not just built-in attributes.
- Customer tags can now drive customer assignment, letting the tags you already maintain decide who gets each customer.
Fixes and polish
- You can now jump from an inbox call entry back to the call itself, and the summary modal no longer breaks its own formatting.
- Adding a disposition no longer fails intermittently.
- Pre-call SMS only goes out when a call is really happening, not for calls that can't be admitted.
- Exporting calls with the Duration column selected works again. It had been failing sometimes.
- Campaign rotation can no longer claim unprovisioned test phone numbers.
- The vendor integration link now works when creating a source.
- Appointment confirmation texts that fall inside the TCPA-restricted window are now queued for 8:00am local time instead of being dropped.
- Transfer-destination fallback settings have clearer names and explanations, so it's obvious what each one does.
